3.2 Off-Topic Content (Not Permitted)
The following content categories are not allowed on Kionova Network:
- Political discussions or opinions
- Entertainment, lifestyle, or personal content
- Religious or philosophical debates
- General social media content unrelated to technical topics
- Marketing or promotional content without technical value
Off-topic content will be removed without notice.
4. Account Registration and Responsibilities
4.1 Account Creation
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing:
- A valid email address
- A unique username
- A secure password
- Professional information as requested during registration
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:

- Share political, religious, or entertainment content
- Use the platform for personal social networking unrelated to technical topics
6.2 Misinformation
- Deliberately share false or misleading technical information
- Misrepresent your qualifications or expertise
- Plagiarize content from other sources without attribution
6.3 Harassment and Unprofessional Conduct
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Engage in personal attacks rather than constructive technical debate

6.4 Spam and Platform Abuse

7. Content Moderation and Network Protection
7.1 Automated Moderation Systems
Kionova Network employs automated systems to protect our community and maintain content quality:
- Automated Word Filtering: Our system automatically filters prohibited words and offensive language in real-time
- Off-Topic Detection: AI-assisted detection identifies content that falls outside our six defined technical domains
- Content Analysis: Automated pre-publication analysis checks for compliance with our content policies
- Spam Prevention: Automated detection of spam, bot activity, and artificially inflated engagement
Important: Automated systems may occasionally produce false positives. Content flagged by automated systems is reviewed by human moderators when appeals are submitted.
7.2 Human Review and Community Reporting
User Reporting: All users can report content or accounts that violate our terms through the reporting feature available on every post and profile.
Review Process: Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team, combining automated analysis with human judgment. We aim to review reports within 48 hours.
Report Categories:
- Off-topic content (not within our six technical domains)
- Spam or misleading content
- Harassment or unprofessional conduct
- Intellectual property violations
- Illegal content or activities
7.3 Our Moderation Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these terms or falls outside our focus areas, with or without prior notice
- Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies
- Investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required by law
- Moderate content based on community reports and automated detections
- Take immediate action on clearly illegal or harmful content
7.4 Appeals Process
If your content is removed or account is suspended, you have the right to appeal:

- Repeated Violations: Accounts with multiple violations may have limited appeal rights
7.5 NetzDG Compliance (German Network Enforcement Act)
In accordance with German law (Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz - NetzDG), Kionova Network is committed to removing illegal content:
- Clearly Illegal Content: Content that is manifestly illegal will be removed or blocked within 24 hours of receipt of a valid complaint
- Review Required: Content requiring legal review will be processed within 7 days
- Complaint Procedure: Reports of potentially illegal content can be submitted to office@13pm.network with "NetzDG Report" in the subject line
- Counter-Notice: Users whose content is removed may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was unjustified
- Transparency: We maintain records of content moderation actions in compliance with German law

8. Premium Features and Payments BETA
8.1 Paid Features
Kionova Network may offer premium features, subscriptions, or professional tools. By purchasing these features, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees
- Provide accurate payment information
- Comply with payment processor terms
8.2 Subscriptions
For recurring subscriptions:
- You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period
- You can cancel at any time (access continues until end of current period)
- No refunds for partial periods unless required by law
8.3 Refunds
Refunds are granted at our discretion, except where required by law. Contact office@13pm.network for refund requests.
9. Termination and Suspension
9.1 Your Right to Terminate
You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible after 30 days.
9.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Use
- Repeatedly post off-topic content
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Pose a security or legal risk
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to Kionova Network is immediately revoked
- Your content may be deleted (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Paid subscriptions are not refunded unless required by law
9.4 Data Retention After Account Deletion (GDPR Compliance)
When you delete your account, we comply with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure):
- Quarantine Period: Your account enters a 30-day quarantine period during which it can be recovered upon request
- Permanent Deletion: After 30 days, your personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems
- Backup Systems: Data in backup systems is deleted during the next scheduled backup cycle (maximum 90 days)
- Legal Retention: Some data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., financial records, legal obligations)
- Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely
You can request immediate deletion without the quarantine period by contacting office@13pm.network with your account details.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service "As Is"
Kionova Network is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that technical information shared by users is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
10.2 User-Generated Content
Technical advice and solutions shared on Kionova Network are user-generated. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from implementing technical solutions found on our platform. Users should independently verify all technical information before implementation.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 13PM NETWORK shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Actions of other users or accuracy of user content
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

15. AI Accounts and Bot Disclosure
Kionova Network requires transparency regarding automated and AI-powered accounts.
15.1 Mandatory Disclosure
Accounts that are operated by artificial intelligence, bots, or automated systems must be clearly identified:
- Agent Badge: All AI/Bot accounts must display the red Agent badge ● next to their username
- Bio Disclosure: The profile bio should indicate the nature of the automated account
- Registration: During account creation, AI/Bot accounts must be registered as such

Kionova Network uses a unified Agent Badge to identify all automated accounts:

15.3 Badge Types
Kionova Network uses two verification badges:

The red Agent badge applies to:
- AI Assistants: Fully automated AI accounts providing technical assistance
- Bot Accounts: Automated accounts for notifications, updates, and integrations

15.4 Prohibited Practices
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Impersonation: AI accounts pretending to be human users
- Hidden Automation: Operating bots without proper disclosure
- Deceptive Behavior: Using AI to manipulate discussions or artificially inflate engagement
- Mass Account Creation: Creating multiple undisclosed AI accounts
15.5 Consequences of Non-Disclosure
Failure to properly disclose AI/Bot status may result in:
- Mandatory badge assignment by moderators
- Account suspension or termination
- Content removal
- Permanent ban for repeat violations
15.6 Data Protection for AI Accounts
AI and Bot accounts are subject to the same data protection regulations. Operators of AI accounts must:
- Provide valid contact information for the human operator
- Comply with GDPR requirements for any personal data processed by the AI
- Ensure AI-generated responses do not expose third-party personal data
- Maintain logs of AI interactions as required by applicable law
16. AI-Generated Content Policy
Kionova Network permits AI-generated content under specific conditions to maintain transparency and quality.
16.1 Disclosure Requirements
Content created with significant AI assistance must be disclosed:
- AI-Generated Posts: Must include the AI-Generated tag
- AI-Assisted Content: Content substantially edited or enhanced by AI should be marked
- Code Generation: AI-generated code snippets should indicate the AI tool used
16.2 Quality Standards
AI-generated content must meet the same quality standards as human-created content:
- Must be technically accurate and verified by the poster
- Must fall within our six defined technical domains
- Must not contain hallucinations, fabricated sources, or false information
- The human poster remains responsible for content accuracy
16.3 Permitted AI Use Cases
- Code generation and debugging assistance
- Technical documentation creation
- Translation of technical content
- Summarizing complex technical concepts
- Generating code examples and tutorials
16.4 Prohibited AI Use Cases
- Mass-generating low-quality content to inflate activity
- Creating misleading or false technical information
- Impersonating human experts or fabricating credentials
- Automated scraping of content to train AI models without permission
- Bypassing content moderation through AI-generated obfuscation
16.5 AI Content Moderation
Kionova Network uses AI-powered tools to assist with content moderation:
- Detection of undisclosed AI-generated content
- Quality assessment of technical accuracy
- Spam and manipulation detection
Human moderators review flagged content and make final decisions. You may appeal AI-based moderation decisions through our standard appeals process.
16.6 Liability for AI-Generated Content
The user who posts AI-generated content bears full responsibility for:
- Verifying the accuracy of AI-generated information
- Ensuring compliance with our content policies
- Any consequences arising from implementing AI-generated technical solutions
- Copyright and intellectual property compliance
